Based on the report received by the #Environment_General_Authority about the presence of #overgrazing in the residential city of Sabah Al-Ahmad, the site was inspected, the necessary measures were taken, and two violations were issued in accordance with Article 41 of the Environmental Protection Law, which stipulates: “It is prohibited to directly graze or exploit lands in irrigated crops or any other activity that would To harm the quantity or quality of vegetation in any area, leading to desertification or deterioration of the wild environment. It is also prohibited to destroy crops, plants, and trees, and to pick flowers in squares, streets, or public facilities, or to uproot trees and wild plants on public lands, with the exception of what is specified in the executive regulations of this law for reasons Development, and in all cases, a commitment is made to compensate for what has been uprooted from green areas and trees.”

Accordingly, the Authority advises Halal owners to adhere to the Environmental Protection Law No. 42 of 2014 and the laws and regulations issued by the relevant authorities in the country in order to avoid violations.
